Late and Cancellation
Here at Buffed & Bare, we understand that on occasion, life can get in the way of you making it to your appointment on time. Unfortunately, we cannot always accommodate late clients. Our scheduling is tight and time based according to whichever service you have booked and there may be other clients scheduled for the next time slot. If you know you are going to be late, please call us ASAP, but also know that you may be asked to reschedule. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so 24 hrs in advance by calling us. No call/no show's will incur a 50% of service charge. As of right now, we do not require a credit card to schedule appointments, but we reserve the right to do so in the future. Also, as much as we would like to accommodate last minute/same day appointments, sometimes it's just not possible. Please try to book as soon as possible.
Not everyone is a candidate for sugaring or waxing. Please be prepared to fill out an intake form on your first visit.
This form will ask you questions such as if you are using any medications, had any procedures or health issues that may determine if we can proceed with the service. If you have any questions regarding this, please do not hesitate to call us. All information we obtain is kept confidential. We value the safety of each and every client.
As we love our younger clients, we cannot perform services without parental consent. That means a parent needs to be in the room with any client under the age of 18, every time. We also do not do brazilian sugaring/waxing on clients under the age of 18. Also, the parent must sign a consent form for that client.
We often run specials and discounts on services. Please understand that we can only accept one special/coupon/deal per client and cannot be combined with any other special/coupon/deal. Occasionally we will also run a Groupon. Please note that if you have used a Groupon with us before, you can not use one with us again. The price you pay for the Groupon will never expire but there is a time limit to receive the full benefit of your Groupon, so please use it as soon as possible to avoid having to pay the rest of the price of the service. Groupon's are also only one per client. You may purchase another as a gift. Please contact us if you have any questions.
